Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FAE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FAE for:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Fraud, phishing, or deception
  • Illegal activities
  • Harassment or threats

3. Reply-Only System

FAE only allows replies to received emails. Composing new emails or sending to arbitrary addresses is technically not possible. This is an intentional security measure.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Current reference pricing: €5.99/month or €49.99/year.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, aliases are deactivated and remaining data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

FAE is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction is Aachen.
